IAG Academy

An annual training school for our partner companies.

Opened in 1999, the IAG Academy is our annual training school that helps train hundreds of assistance coordinators and supervisors at our partner companies. Participants from around the world get the opportunity to learn through real-life case studies and through sharing knowledge with fellow professionals. IAG is delighted to sponsor the participation of one representative per Partner company, every year.
